It depends on the size of it. An intro site is normally live in about a week, a store or a custom system takes one to four weeks, and an app is usually three to ten because the stores have to review it before anyone can download it. You will have exact dates before we start.

Yes. Every package comes with a free support period after launch. And if you would rather not think about it at all, the monthly care plans cover maintenance, updates, and quick fixes for a small fee.

A short description of your business and what you want the site to do, your logo and colors if you have them, and a few sites whose look you like. That is enough for us to send you a proper plan.

50% to start, 50% on delivery, by bank transfer. If your site needs to take payments from your own customers, we connect a licensed Saudi gateway like Moyasar or Tap.

Yes. The code is yours, and your domain and any store or payment gateway accounts are opened in your name, so money from your customers reaches your account directly. Hosting is the one piece we keep: your site runs on our servers as part of a monthly care plan covering the server, security updates and backups. No licence switches your site off. Ask any time and we hand over the code, the database and your files, and help you move to your own hosting or another developer.

You can cancel within four hours of paying, no questions asked. After that we have already started and put time into your project, so the payment is not refundable. The Refund Policy page has the details.

Yes. Every site we build handles both properly, right down to the right to left layout. This one does too.

Both. Websites, stores, apps and custom software all have set packages on the pricing page. Pick the one you are after from the row of tabs and you will see what it covers and what it costs. Anything bigger or more unusual than the packages gets quoted on its own, and we tell you that before you pay anything.
